WHAT can be returned?
At FROM – the collective we want to be able to provide our customers with the best of Regional Victoria, therefore if the customer believes there something inadequate with the product then a return will be accepted for ALL of our products within fair reason.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If when you receive your package and you believe something is incorrect or not up to par with the product/s you have received, then to be eligible for a refund you must notify our team within 14 days of your purchase. Once the team is notified we can organise to have the items returned, examined and then work with you to come up with a resolution.
If we are not notified within the 14 day period we will not be able to accept the returned products.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Depending on your location the products will either need to be returned via post-paid shipping OR they can be returned to or shop location at 139 Elgin Street Carlton Victoria 3053.
SHIPPING for returns?
Unfortunately we cannot refund the original shipping rates on your package however, we will pay for the shipping for the return and your next orders shipping will be on us!
CREDIT for returns?
Upon returning products you will receive an instore credit.
Please note we do not perform cash refunds for products.
Instore return option?
If you would like to drop into our store in Melbourne our opening times are 12pm – 11pm Wednesday – Sunday.
However if you do want to come in to return a product please contact us (03) 9349 3301 so we can ensure someone will be able to help you to the best of our ability

We require that the items be packed safety into the box the products where delivered in, there must be adequate packaging around breakable items, the packaging material sent would be ideal but not required as long as the products are not going to become damaged while shipping.
